ENGINEERED INTO EVERY PAIR

A closer look at the details.

Develop a waterproof knitted glove around the grip, movement and comfort your customer needs.

Silicone grip zones

Raised silicone print on the palm and finger pads adds contact texture. Specify coverage, pattern and placement around the intended grip.

Touchscreen fingertips

Conductive yarn at the thumb and index finger provides a touchscreen development option. Confirm response on the intended devices during sampling.

Seamless knitted shape

The outer knit is shaped as one piece, with a continuous transition into the cuff. Fit, finger length and stretch are refined on physical samples.

Three-layer construction

Outer knit, a non-microporous PU membrane and an inner comfort knit are bonded into an integrated construction.

01 / 02 / 03

Three layers. One coordinated design.

Each layer has a different job. Develop and evaluate the complete bonded glove for the required fit, flexibility and waterproof performance.
